The total initial investment for a Merry Maids franchise starts at $98,480. Ready to become a Merry Maids owner? Begin the 8-step process to launch your new home cleaning business. We’ll be with you every step of the way, training and preparing you for your opening day and beyond.

  1. Request franchise information: Fill out the short form below and get the information you need to get started.
  2. Speak with a brand representative: Learn more about the opportunity from our franchise team. 
  3. Attend a webinar: Hosted by our Franchise Development Manager, you’ll meet online to learn if this is the right fit for you. 
  4. Application and background check: Finalize your application as a franchise owner by completing these forms .
  5. Sign the franchise agreement: A signed franchise agreement seals the deal.
  6. Pre-academy work: Training begins with guided coursework. 
  7. Attend initial training: Held in Memphis, TN, you’ll learn everything you need to know to get your business up and running.
  8. Start your business: Once you’ve completed training, you’ll work with our team to get your Merry Maids location opening and operating.
